Below is a little bit about some of the most important people in our lives - the wedding party and our families! Feel free to make any one of them dance with you at the reception.

Matron of Honor

Antonia Van Puffelen, the bride's favorite middle sister, will do the honor of being Matron of Honor. She loves her husband, Josiah, and adorable children (who will be the Flower Girl and Ring Bearer), Disneyland, Country music, always being right, and of course, her older sister. She goes by Toni, but feel free to call her T-Bone if the mood strikes.

Maid of Honor

Briana Stephanos, the bride's favorite baby sister, has been gracious enough to be the Maid of Honor. She is perfect for this job because she has over two decades' worth of experience dealing with her eldest sister in many stressful situations. Bri, like her middle sister, loves Disneyland, as well as cats, pasta, and obscure Bay Area hip hop. She can also drink anyone under the table.

Maid of Honor

Laura Hall is the bride's best friend and has been since they met on the second day of college at UC Irvine. They bonded over rap music, 2am macho nachos, a desperate love for diet coke, mildly offensive humor, dancing alone at parties, and general mischief. Since then, not much has changed (thankfully).

Best Man

James Sabzali, or "brown bear" as he is affectionately known, is one of the groom's best friends. After meeting on a bus at UC Irvine, they became fast friends who enjoyed playing videogames together, calling each other names, engaging in questionable activities, and causing a raucous at fraternity parties. James has betrayed the US and currently lives in Toronto with his wife, Christine.

Best Man

Ian Czop, last and certainly least, is another of the groom's best friends. Ian and Vahan were in the same fraternity at college, and Vahan has always looked up to Ian like an older, much fairer-skinned brother. Ian enjoys a good dirty martini, taking unpopular stances on topical items, football (specifically the Patriots), and America's sweetheart, Guy Fieri.

Parents of the Bride

Pete and Kelli Stephanos had their 1987 New Year's Eve ruined when Felicia decided she wanted to be born. Since then, they've managed to put up with her through thick and thin. They supported her as she broke (almost) every bone as a competitive horseback rider, went off to college in southern California, and eventually started her career in advertising. They've been nothing short of perfect parents to three daughters (poor Dad) who will be celebrating 32 years of marriage in 2016.

Mother of the Groom

Ana Ordukhanyan, Vahan's mom, is an incredible caregiver, storyteller, and chef (just ask her about her amazing gata, the bride's favorite). She's been an influential force in Vahan's life, raising him and his sister all over southern California after emigrating from Armenia in 1988. You will surely find her telling a captivating story to a large group of hungry listeners somewhere at the reception.

Father of the Groom

Robert Muradyan is not only Vahan's dad, but his personal hero. He's made an incredible life for himself and his family after emigrating from Armenia, and some of his favorite pasttimes include Armenian barbecue, reminiscing about his home country through hilarious stories, and drinking an ice cold Heineken. The first time Felicia ever met him, he insisted on drinking shots of vodka with dinner, and let's just say that's the last she remembered of that night. Good luck keeping up with him at the reception.

Sister of the Groom

Lucy, Vahan's only sister, is sweet, funny, nurturing, and one of the kindest people you will meet. She and her husband Hovsep recently gave birth to their first child, Alexander, and have become great parents. With impeccable patience, she has put up with Vahan since he was a little troublemaker, and Alexander is sure to follow in his footsteps.
